Less than a year of existence, we’ve been able to reach almost a 1000 customers and 10 companies. Our services are geared towards an effective and convenient approach to bringing cleaning and cleaning related services and products to companies and households. We spend our days working to eliminate the stigma around poor hygiene and unreliable cleaning companies, poor waste disposal companies, and low quality laundry services while making egos to keep timely and deliveries to so that companies never need to worry about timely delivery or quality services anymore. In turn, we hope you’ll come to us in your most vulnerable moments. Role Summary

Klyna Ltd is looking for an awesome Marketing Assistant who will be responsible for acquiring new customers across our portfolio of quality services. A passionate, curious and innovative self-starter with strong analytical skills and a knack for translating customer pains and insights into better marketing strategies. Customer acquisition based marketing responsibilities is the primary objective for this position. This role will collaborate with the cross functional teams to develop and deliver a rapidly expanding hygiene and domestic supplies portfolio in future.


Marketing assistants support the work of marketing managers and executives on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.

✓ Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets

✓ Analysing questionnaires

✓ Writing reports, company brochures and similar documents

✓ Organising and hosting presentations and customer visits

✓ Assisting with promotional activities

✓ Visiting customers/external agencies

✓ Helping to organise market research.
