Klyna Ltd is looking for an awesome Brand manager/Sales Expert who will be responsible for acquiring new customers across our portfolio of quality services. A passionate, curious and innovative self-starter with strong analytical skills and a knack for translating customer pains and insights into better sales strategies. Customer acquisition is the primary objective for this position. This role will partner with the cross functional teams to develop and deliver a rapidly expanding hygiene and domestic supplies portfolio in future.
The main responsibilities of Brand manager/Sales Expert revolves around the ability to network, build relationships with clients and persuade others to purchase products. There is a wide range of duties in this position, including:
• Be knowledgeable about the product
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
• Answer questions about the products
• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
